*Now, on this first one, I cannot stress enough that even though a balloon twister is a great way to add that flair to a birthday party, and really make the neighbors jealous, Balloosions strongly suggests that it's participants be 2 years or older. Choking on balloons only accounts for an average of 12 childrens deaths a year, however it is not in Balloosions' interest to be the cause of one of them. Ya dig? Not for babies.
